What to know before you go

Terms & Conditions:
1. Tables allocated on the day based on availability and weather.
2. No refunds for group cancellations (6+) within 48 hours.
3. Groups of 10+ must choose Group Dining/Set-menu (see pt. 4 if not).
4. A 10% surcharge applies for A La Carte Menu on group bookings of 10 people and over (subject to approval) on Friday and Saturday.
5. Bookings: 1.5 hours for groups up to 7, 2 hours for 8+ (strict on Fridays/Saturdays).
6. 15% surcharge on public holidays.
7. Deals/Specials limited to bookings of 6 or fewer.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Bookings of 1-5 guests do not require credit card authorisation or a cancellation policy.
2. For 6-9 guests, a $50 per person fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours.
3. Bookings of 10+ guests dining À la carte will be charged $80 per person for cancellations within 48 hours.
4. For 10+ guests with a set menu, the set menu price will be charged per person for late cancellations.
5. Higher charges for groups of 10+ reflect additional labour & food preparation costs.

Credit Card Authorizations:
1. Bookings of 1-5 guests will not be required to provide a credit card authorisation and will not be subject to a cancellation policy(except on special days and public holidays – see point 6).
2. Bookings of 6-9 guests will be contacted for credit card authorisation to confirm their booking, and will be charged $50 per person for cancellations within 48 hours of their reservation.
3. Bookings of 10 guests and above, who chose to dine A la carte (subject to approval, see terms and conditions), will be contacted for a credit card authorisation to confirm their booking and will be charged $80 per person for cancellations within 48 hours of their reservation.
4. Bookings of 10 guests and above, who organise a set menu will be contacted for a credit card authorisation to confirm their booking and will be charged the value of their set menu per person for cancellations within 48 hours of their reservation.
5. Cancellation charges for reservations of 10 and above are higher due to the extra labour allocated for operations and food prep.
6. Special days and public holidays (all party sizes): Every booking will require credit card authorisation. The card will only be charged $50 per person in the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation time.
